After leaving a long term job in corporate America where I supervised employees, managed programs, taught classes to adults, and helped people with career decisions, I decided to start a second career as a marriage family therapist where I can continue to help people - in a different way than before.

People tell me I am warm and nurturing. I’m glad to hear that because I really do care about my clients and do support them as they face the challenges in their lives. One of my strengths is my ability to identify the things people do that cause them heartache despite their best efforts. Another strength is the non-judgmental way I help them explore and understand their difficulties, even when they feel ugly or ashamed of themselves. When people feel heard and accepted despite their difficult feelings, they can begin to feel free to live the lives they want.
My goal is to help my clients find ways to live the interesting and fulfilling lives they want.
